Refund and Returns Policy

1. Service Cancellation

If you decide to cancel our services before work has commenced, we will provide a full refund of any advance payments received. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date of the service.

If work has already begun, cancellation may result in a partial refund, depending on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. In such cases, we will invoice you for the time and effort invested in your project.


2. Refunds

We aim to ensure all our clients are fully satisfied with our services. However, if you are not satisfied with the work delivered, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the final deliverables.

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the delivered solution significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications or objectives.
  • If there are significant errors or issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

If a refund is granted, it will be processed based on the portion of the service that was not delivered to your satisfaction. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the approval of the request.


3. Modifications and Adjustments

We understand that business needs can change, and our clients may need to adjust the scope of the project. In such cases, we offer the following options:

  • Scope Adjustments: If you wish to modify the scope of the project or request additional services, please reach out to us. We will review your new requirements and provide an updated proposal, including any potential adjustments to pricing and timelines.
  • Revisions: If the delivered work requires revisions, we will make reasonable adjustments to ensure it meets the agreed-upon specifications. Minor revisions will be included in the initial project cost. However, extensive changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees, which will be communicated to you in advance.

4. Non-refundable Services

Certain services and work may be non-refundable due to the nature of the service or specific agreements made at the time of purchase. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom technical documentation and models once delivered
  • Design work or prototypes that have been finalized and approved
  • Services that have been fully completed or partially completed with approval from the client

5. Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement regarding the quality or scope of our services, we encourage clients to reach out to us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues through communication and collaboration. In cases where an amicable resolution is not possible, we will consider third-party mediation or arbitration to settle the matter.
